Delete your account

You can delete your UKVI SELT Simulator account and all the data attached to it at any time. You do not need to ask us, and there is no waiting period before the request is accepted.

From inside the app

1. Open UKVI SELT Simulator.
2. Go to Account.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Confirm. This cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details
• Your topic, practice history and session reports
• Your session audio and the transcripts and pronunciation scores derived from it

What we keep, and for how long

We keep a minimal record of purchases where we are required to for tax and accounting purposes. That record does not contain your practice content or your audio.

What deletion does not do

Deleting your account does not cancel or refund a pass — passes are one-off purchases handled by Apple or Google. See Purchases, cancellation and refunds.

If you cannot get into the app

Email asihan.khang@acs-kyoto.co.jp from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
