Delete your account

You can delete your UK SELT Simulator account and all the data attached to it at any time. You do not need to ask us, and there is no waiting period before the request is accepted.

From inside the app

1. Open UK SELT Simulator.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
4. Choose Delete Account.
5. Confirm. This cannot be undone.

What gets removed

• Your email address, password, display name and any linked sign-in
• Your access — the account can no longer be signed into, and any pass on it is revoked

What is kept, in de-identified form

The transcripts, pronunciation scores and reports from your past practice sessions are kept without the details that identify you. If you want them erased outright instead, email us and we will do it.

We also keep a minimal record of purchases where tax and accounting rules require it.

What there is no need to delete

Your voice recordings. The app never stores them — audio is processed as you speak and discarded, so there is no recording of you to remove.

What deletion does not do

Deleting your account does not cancel or refund a pass — passes are one-off purchases handled by Apple or Google. See Purchases, cancellation and refunds.

If you cannot get into the app

Email support@seltgo.co.uk from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
